A report session was held on joint research with Toyo University
In collaboration with Toyo University, murmo conducted a survey on menstruation among university and graduate students, as well as a menstrual cup monitoring survey.
This project was carried out from January to September 2025, and the survey results were summarized and presented at a report meeting at Toyo University's Hakusan Campus on December 18, 2025. The results were shared from a questionnaire survey conducted among university and graduate students, and from a menstrual cup monitoring survey of 13 people over three menstrual cycles.
On the day, menstrual cup monitor participants also took to the stage to talk about their experiences. Many questions were asked of the monitor participants, providing an opportunity to think about menstrual cups and periods through their own experiences.
Murmo also invited Dr. Minami Hoshiba , an obstetrician and gynecologist whom she regularly consults , as a guest to discuss the basics of menstruation and the body, as well as answer any questions she may have about gynecology. For university and graduate students, gynecology can often seem intimidating. With this in mind, the event was held with the aim of creating a space where people could learn about menstruation and the body in a relaxed atmosphere.
