You can use it without removing it even when excreting. In some cases, such as when the insertion point is shallow or the orientation of the vagina, some people may feel that it is pushed out during defecation. In that case, please temporarily remove the cup and use it.

Empty the contents before it becomes full depending on the amount, such as once or twice a day (up to 12 hour shifts) on days when the amount is low, and once every few hours on days when the amount is high. Please adjust according to your menstrual blood flow and schedule for the day.

It will leak when it is full, so you can use it with confidence if you use it with other items such as a vaginal discharge sheet or water-absorbing shorts.

However, since they are thicker than tampons, there may be some resistance to putting them on and taking them off until you get used to them. Therefore, please try it as much as you can. When using the cup for the first time, we recommend that you apply a lubricant that is safe to put inside the cup at the entrance of the cup before inserting it into the cup.

You can use it after giving birth, but it is recommended that you refrain from using it during your first menstrual period after giving birth, and use it from the second time onwards. If you wish to use a menstrual cup during your first menstrual period after giving birth, please consult your gynecologist before use.

It can be used even before menopause. Before menopause, many people experience irregular menstrual blood flow and cycles, but it is safe to use a combination of a menstrual cup and absorbent shorts. Especially when the amount is small, it can be used for up to 12 hours, so you can enjoy a comfortable time without having to replace it as often.
However, heavy bleeding or irregular bleeding may be due to a hidden gynecological disease (such as uterine fibroids), so we recommend that you consult a gynecologist if you experience any symptoms that concern you.

A menstrual cup will not cause your vagina to dilate and become unable to return. That's because menstrual cups are made of very soft material that fits well into the vagina.

The cup is made of 100% medical grade silicone, a soft material that is highly biocompatible and is used in medical devices, so the cup will not hurt your body. However, when putting it on and taking it off, please keep your hands clean and be careful not to scratch your vagina with your fingernails.

When using the device for the first time or immediately after insertion, in rare cases some people may feel a sensation of a foreign body, but as long as the device is inserted in the correct position within the body, you should experience no pain or discomfort.

Disinfect by boiling at the beginning and end of each menstrual period. During other periods, you can wash it with a neutral, unscented detergent after rinsing off any dirt, and you can immediately reinstall it. We recommend that you sterilize your skin by boiling it even after your menstrual period is over.
For storage, please dry thoroughly after washing and store in the package box, avoiding water, direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity, and fire. You can also store it in the included case, but in that case, please do not close the case completely and store it in an airtight manner.

You can use a small pot to boil the cup for 5 to 10 minutes, or place it in a heat-resistant container deep enough to fit the menstrual cup or in a microwave sterilization case and sterilize it by heating for about 5 minutes. We ask our customers to sterilize by boiling using the method that is most convenient for them.

We recommend that you bring two. It comes with a sealed, odor-proof and waterproof case, so you can put a replacement one in there, put on the first one before going out, and replace it in the restroom outside. We recommend that you empty the contents of the cup into the toilet, wipe it gently with toilet paper, put it back in the case, put on a new cup, and wash the case and used cup when you get home. .
