Here's how to fold the menstrual cup and then insert it into your vagina.
I would also like to explain any questions you may have until you get used to it and get the hang of it, such as how to open the vagina after inserting it.
●Place to put ●
・Bathroom
·toilet
Until you get used to it, we recommend using your own bathroom. You can do it without taking off your clothes, so you can wash away any dirt if something goes wrong, and it's also more spacious than the toilet, making it easier to relax. Once you've mastered putting it on and taking it off in the bathroom, try doing it in the toilet as well, and you'll likely be able to do it more smoothly.
Posture when inserting ●

There are three typical postures to take when inserting the needle.
1. Standing on one leg
2. Sit and spread your legs
3. Squats
1. Standing on one leg
If you are in the bathroom, place one foot on the edge of the bathtub, and if you are using your toilet at home, place one foot on the toilet seat with your legs spread apart.
2. Sit and spread your legs
In the bathroom, you should sit shallowly on the edge of the bathtub, and on the toilet, you should also sit shallowly, both of which require a slightly bent-forward posture. Some people find it easier to enter the toilet by leaning their upper body backward, so if you have difficulty entering the toilet while leaning forward, we recommend trying leaning your upper body backward.
3. Squats
In a bathroom or a spacious toilet, it's easy to do a squat with your legs apart. In a bathroom, it's also recommended to stand outside the bathtub, spread your legs apart, and squat deeply, placing both knees against the outer wall of the bathtub.
The posture that is most comfortable for you will vary from person to person, so try out different postures to find the one that is most comfortable for you.
How to insert a menstrual cup ●
1. Hold the folded menstrual cup in one hand and gently open both sides of the vaginal opening with the other hand to make the opening easier to find.

2. Place the folded menstrual cup into your vagina starting from the opening.
The direction of insertion should not be upwards (towards the head), but towards the anus and tailbone. Push slowly to insert it deeper, but if you feel like you've reached a dead end, change direction slightly and check the situation, while exploring the direction to go deeper along the shape of the vagina.
It's important to relax and release tension around your vagina when doing this. If you're tense and tense up, it will put pressure on your vagina, making it difficult for the menstrual cup to go deep inside, so try to take a deep breath and insert it without putting any pressure on your vagina.
3. With the menstrual cup about 2/3 of the way inside, pinch the bottom of the cup to release the folded groove.
Grasp the bottom of the menstrual cup and push out the folded groove. Once released, the bottom of the menstrual cup will become thinner. Finally, press the bottom of the cup gently to make sure the bottom of the cup is flat.
To see how this works, please watch this video , which explains how to open this cup.
4. With everything but the stem (the bottom part) inside your vagina, try twisting the stem around and around several times to fine-tune the position of the menstrual cup.
5. Push the base (or grasp the stem) and insert it deep into your vagina until the entire cup, including the stem, is inside.
6. With the entire menstrual cup inside your vagina, move your body and if you don't feel any discomfort from the menstrual cup touching the entrance of your vagina or any feeling like the menstrual cup is about to come out, then it is properly inserted.
Vaginas vary in shape, size, and sensitivity, so we hope you can find a way to insert a menstrual cup that suits you.
